1. We at The Flora try our best to keep up with the quality and provide only the freshest of blooms. However in case the product received is wilted or of poor quality due to the transit, we are happy to replace the order with fresh blooms. In case of such requests we usually prefer a picture to be sent on our business contact number +91 96636 99369 for product verification. 

2. In case the product replacement doesn't solve the issue, we also consider refund in genuine cases only. The refund is made in the same bank account through which the payment has been received. Any change in bank account will not be possible as these are automated refunds.

3. In case delivery charge was paid for same day delivery, the refund being made will be only for the product amount and delivery charges will not be waved off.

4. In case of subscriptions, we are flexible with pause and resume facility as per the customer's availability. We would ideally like to receive any intimation with respect to pause or resume subscription 3 days prior to the day on which subscription delivery is scheduled.
