Very disappointed with the service. We specifically selected and paid for a 6:00 PM delivery slot, yet the flowers were delivered at 11:00 AM instead. The whole purpose of choosing a delivery window is so customers can plan accordingly, but that was completely ignored. Because of your mistake, we had to rearrange our schedule just to make sure someone was available to receive the delivery. If delivery times are not going to be honored, there is little point in offering customers the option to choose a time slot in the first place. This level of disregard for customer instructions is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your service.

The customer service was also fantastic, as I wanted to have the bouquet delivered in the morning, and the customer service rep was super helpful. The flowers arrived right on time, as well. Very disappointed with the service. We specifically selected and paid for a 6:00 PM delivery slot, yet the flowers were delivered at 11:00 AM instead. The whole purpose of choosing a delivery window is so customers can plan accordingly, but that was completely ignored. Because of your mistake, we had to rearrange our schedule just to make sure someone was available to receive the delivery. If delivery times are not going to be honored, there is little point in offering customers the option to choose a time slot in the first place. This level of disregard for customer instructions is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your service.

We also noted that there were no specific instructions from the booker requesting delivery exactly at 6:00 PM. If a precise delivery time is required for a special occasion or surprise, we kindly request that this be communicated to us in advance so that we can make every effort to accommodate it.
