I've been a subscriber to The Flora's cut flowers subscription service for about 2 years. For the most part, the flowers have been lovely but what has really endeared The Flora to me is the sensitivity, promptness, and responsibility they have shown in resolving the few issues I've had. Very impressed!

I’ve been a subscriber for the premium flowers for almost two years - these wonderful exotic flowers that come every week often last multiple weeks, and are truly rare that I do t easily find near my home. I also get excellent service whenever I’ve had a query or problem with any delivery. Great service that I highly recommend

I liked all the flowers but once again the orange asiatic lilies bloomed awkwardly. It’s also annoying and unnecessary to call me every single time for feedback following weekly delivery.

The subscription is overall good. But they need to improve a lot! 1. They ask for choice and concerns with any particular flower or flower category ( pollen allergies in my case) but they don’t follow that. We received flowers which are heavy in pollens when asked they said sorry, but no replacement flowers for that week. 2. Sometimes flowers are not fresh and die within few days, doesn’t last till next delivery date. Again sorry as a response when highlighted. 3. Have to remind them the at we want roses as they haven’t sent them in 3 months of subscription. 4. What you discuss over whatsapp chat does not gets passed on to the next team in few of the cases. 5. They are expensive, there are other vendors who provide wider range at more affordable prices.

I subscribed to premium cut flowers for a month. The flowers we received were of average quality. They looked good only for 2-3 days and then started wilting, even after changing water and taking care of them.
Been using your service for about 5 years but this last month I was very disappointed the blooms died within a couple of days. When I complained I was told it generally only lasts that long. Sad after being being such a loyal customer.
