The bouquet was extremely small, nothing like the photos shown on the website. Also instead of having only roses, I got mixed flowers. Tried to raise a complaint to the customer care number, but got rude reply. Will never order again from this place.
The bouquet I received is different from the photo, much smaller and not only roses are there. I used to be a customer of the Flora for over 3 years, I used to love the quality of their flowers and their bouquets. Since 1 year I am very disappointed by the flowers I keep on receiving, be the bouquets or the flowers subscriptions. Flowers quality has become very low and do not survive more than 2 to 3 days.
Beautiful! Well worth it, thank you so much. The only feedback I would have is on the cards, maybe you could add some calligraphy font or something else? Otherwise wonderful, will be ordering again!!

Flowers were really pretty and looked fresh for a long time. The delivery was great as well, and they give proper instructions on how to care for the flowers. This bouquet especially looks really elegant, because of the bright pink roses contrasted with the white ones :)

Overall experience and the quality of flowers is excellent. Couple of suggestions if you can implement: 1. When booking, I could not find a section add few words (say for birthday, anniversary etc) 2. After booking (from online website), the confirmation email does no provide any details about when is the delivery date and time. So, it is better to keep that info in the email

Very beautiful bouquet. It was also nice that there was a small pouch of plant nutrients along with it, and care instructions that explained how to keep the flowers fresh for longer. Really appreciate the extra care that went into it!

I placed the order from Canada for a friend in India. Unfortunately couldn't get a picture of it. I was able to coordinate with the flora team through Whatsapp and they delivered it on time as requested! Thanks for the lovely gesture.
Flora has a very timely delivery and probably the only ones where the pics and the flower delivered matches and meets expectations 🙂

I bought these as a surprise for my friend in Bangalore for her Birthday. She shared pictures with me (but without her permission I cannot share as her home is featured). The roses are beautiful - the shades are lovely. I was disappointed about two things. You said 20 roses - but some were of a small size (almost tiny) And the Gypsos were missing in the green. Gypsos and Roses are a classic beauty. I was disappointed with this. Bangalore is a flower-capital. Surely, you could add Gypsos. Otherwise, I am happy with the quick and prompt service and delivery. Also the payment portal was easy and smooth. Thank you.
