The rating is not for the flowers but the degradation of the service. - No option to select date and time on website - No call or confirmation of the delivery even though I had called twice due to above issue - my account details have been messed up in the website and my sister in law is being contacted for an order I have placed. - No response on WhatsApp While the flowers have always been good due to which I come back to flora, the experience and service has degraded.

The flowers arrived in such a sad state - they were despatched for delivery at 2.45 pm and they reached my door at 6.05 pm. No moistening cotton had been placed over the cut ends of the flower stalks. All the baby's breath were so short stemmed that they were useless! I will never buy from Flora again - till I get an explanation for the flowers arriving in such a wilted state and so late
